Our process begins with qualified enquiries from the sales team. Once the enquiry is qualified, it is passed on to the project & operations team. They ensure all the necessary documents are collected including drawings, raw material sheet & more.
The production planning team runs a feasibility analysis in which they analyse the project’s technical factors, any legal binding and work out the estimated project cost. Post this, the team schedules the project to the production team for manufacturing.
The production team studies the project in depth and starts gathering all the required resources to begin manufacturing.
Every product that comes out of the production unit undergoes stringent QC tests in the Quality Assurance department. The products are not passed on to the next department until they pass every QC test inline with the requirement.
